At Camptrekgears, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Our Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, estimated delivery times, and other important details to help you understand what to expect when ordering from us.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • If an order is placed after business hours or on weekends, processing will begin the next business day.
  • In cases of high demand, such as holiday seasons or special promotions, order processing may take longer.
  • Once an order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the provided link or through our Order Tracking page on our website.
  • If your tracking information has not been updated after 5 business days, please contact us at support@camptrekgears.com for assistance.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions due to carrier limitations.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations in certain countries.
  • If your location is not available for shipping at checkout, please contact us for alternative options.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, unforeseen issues may occur.

A. Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, check your tracking details for updates.
  • External factors such as weather, customs, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.
  • If your package has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.

B. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, check with neighbors, building security, or local couriers.
  • If your package is still missing, notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • We recommend using a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  2. Contact us at support@camptrekgears.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees based on their country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

7. Returns & Exchanges for Shipped Orders

  • If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
