  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, and clearance-sale items, are not eligible for returns (see Non-Returnable Items below).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization – We will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Return Processing – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If the returned item was purchased with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Contact our support team to check the availability of the replacement item.
  • Follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • In some cases, we may allow direct exchanges without requiring a separate purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sales. These include:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or washed apparel
  • Opened personal care or hygiene items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

8. International Returns

For international orders:

10. Store Credit Option

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase on Camptrekgears.com.

We may update our Return and Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase.
